You Are Forgiven

This week we spoke about forgiveness. We focused on Ephesians 4:32 and also read the parable of the unforgiven servant. Ephesians 4:32 says:

Be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

Through this verse, and parable, we learned that we should forgive those around us. This might seem very difficult to do, at times, but the ability to do this is within us, as we will see next week. We should be like the king in the parable, forgiving no matter how much the debt is. After all, that is what Christ did for us.
